Worksheet for Calculating Grains Contribution Using Grams of Creditable Grains

For each ingredient:
In column 1, enter Creditable Grain Ingredient
In column 2, enter Quantity in pounds, ounces, or cups
In column 3, convert to Grams by multiplying by values provided in the Conversion Chart
Enter the result in Column 4
Add up all values in Column 4 to obtain Total Grams
Divide Total Grams by the number of portions per recipe to obtain the Number of grams creditable grains per portion
Divide the Number of grams creditable grains per portion by 16.0 or 28.0 to obtain oz eq grains
Round down to the nearest 0.25 oz eq grains
